Inch Double Row
​Double- or two-row tapered roller bearings feature double cups and two single cones. They are available in a variety of configurations for general industrial and automotive applications.

Withdrawal sleeves can be used to mount bearings with a tapered bore onto the cylindrical seat of stepped shafts. The sleeve is pressed into the bore of the bearing inner ring, which abuts a shaft shoulder or similar fixed component. The sleeve is located on the shaft by a nut or an end plate. KM or HM lock nuts (Lock nuts requiring a keyway) with appropriate locking devices are suitable. Lock nuts are not supplied with the sleeve and must be ordered separately.

The tensioning wheel is mainly composed of a fixed housing, tensioning arm, wheel body, torsion spring, rolling bearing, and spring shaft sleeve. It can automatically adjust the tension force according to the different tightness of the belt, making the transmission system stable, safe, and reliable.

Cam followers (stud-type track rollers) are designed to run on all types of tracks and to be used in cam drives, conveyor systems, etc. They are based on either needle or cylindrical roller bearings. Instead of an inner ring, they have a threaded solid stud (pin). We supplies them ready-to-mount. They are available in several designs and variants:

In contrast to ball and roller bearings, where the bearing size refers to the bore diameter d, for cam followers the size refers to their outside diameter D.
